What we do not offer

How is a booking confirmed?
Once you accept the written quote, we confirm the date, arrival window, agreed scope, access and payment requirements. A 25% deposit applies to end-of-tenancy jobs and bookings over £250.
What should I prepare?
Please ensure safe access, hot water, electricity, lighting and agreed parking. Let us know about pets, damage, mould, pests, leaks or access restrictions in advance.
What if an agreed area is missed?
Contact us promptly. We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate re-clean for genuinely missed agreed areas where applicable.
How are keys, access details and photos handled?
Access information is limited to people who need it for your booking. Photos are only taken where reasonably necessary for condition, completion or a dispute, and not used for marketing without permission.
